Made with lots and lots of pure Madagascar Vanilla extract, our velvety vanilla cupcakes are also our most versatile. Although we typically fill them with Kahlua® whipped cream filling, and frost them with a smooth Kahlua-flavored buttercream and cream cheese blend, we also can fill and frost them in a number of different mouthwatering flavors, including Vanilla, Mocha, Nutella, Cinnamon, Caramel, Almond, Strawberry, Raspberry, Peppermint, and Orange.
Red Velvet Cupcakes
Way more moist than traditional red velvet cake, our cupcakes get a little pinch of espresso powder for a big flavor boost. We fill each one with Madagascar vanilla whipped cream and then ice with an über-smooth cream cheese frosting.
Zesty Citrus Cupcakes
Sweet and tart, these luscious lemon-y cupcakes have something for everyone. Each one is filled with an orange-and-lemon cream, then iced with a light and refreshing orange buttercream frosting flecked with orange zest.
Malted Milk Cupcakes
For these true originals, we add chopped malted milk balls to our velvety vanilla cake batter before baking, fill them with mocha whipped cream, frost them with a vanilla malted buttercream complete with little chips of malted milk balls, and top with half a jumbo milk ball.
Roasted-Pumpkin Cupcakes
There’s a reason these are our customers’ #1 favorite cupcake: we use only the freshest pumpkin from Lynd’s fruit farm. The freshly roasted pumpkin (blended with brown butter) keeps the cake incredibly moist, while the Cointreau-and-caramel filling adds a lovely layer of flavor. Topping each one off is an extremely light and fluffy Vietnamese-cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
