Light & Creamy Cheesecake
Although some cheesecakes are heavy and dense, this is not one of them. The traditionally flavored cream cheese filling, with just the right amount of fresh lemon zest, is whipped to creamy perfection before being baked on a classic graham cracker crust. Delightful!
