Pistachio Cake
This is the one we’re known for! Three layers of nutty, orange- and almond-laced pistachio cake are layered with light and creamy white-chocolate buttercream frosting, iced with even more buttercream (including hand-piped rosettes), and coated around the outside with a generous number of toasted pistachios.

Zesty Citrus Cake
Sweet and tart with just a little spice, this luscious lemon-y cake has something for everyone. Four layers of intensely moist lemon cake are spread with a smooth lemon curd filling, then iced with a thick, rich, orange-ginger cream cheese frosting flecked with orange zest. 8″ dia. $ 40
Almost-Classic Carrot Cake
A hint of ginger gives a delightful twist to this beloved classic. Our lush, dense, extraordinarily rich carrot cake is made with fresh carrots, creamy buttermilk, toasted pecans and just the right spices, and frosted in your choice of traditional cream cheese frosting or our zesty orange-ginger cream cheese frosting. Espresso Cake
This intensely flavored chocolate cake gets its richness and depth from espresso powder and lots of Madagascar vanilla. The four layers of insanely rich cake are separated by Madagascar vanilla cream and fresh raspberries, and thickly iced with a fudgy, dark chocolate-espresso buttercream frosting. Unbelievably Moist Red Velvet Cake
We experimented with a lot of Red Velvet Cake recipes before we hit on this one; it has the rich, classic flavor we crave AND the incredibly moist texture we insist upon. Made with just a touch of espresso for extra depth, the cake consists of four layers separated by and covered with an über-smooth cream cheese frosting. 8″ dia. $35
Nothing-Vanilla-About-It Vanilla Cake
Made with lots and lots of pure Madagascar Vanilla extract, this velvety, four-layer vanilla cake is anything but plain. Rich in both texture and flavor, it’s available with either fluffy vanilla buttercream or smooth and creamy cream cheese frosting. 8″ dia. $35
Blissful Banana Cake
This was my Mom’s favorite cake; she loved the flavor combo of bananas, chocolate and hazelnut, and—it turns out—so does almost everybody else. We start with super-ripe organic bananas that are at the peak of their flavor, and blend them into a luscious batter with just a touch of imported Vietnamese cinnamon (the sweetest and most flavorful in the world). Then we cover the whole thing with chocolate-hazelnut Nutella® buttercream frosting. Yum!
