This is the one we’re known for! This intensely flavored chocolate cake gets its richness and depth from espresso powder and lots of Madagascar vanilla. Unbelievably Moist Red Velvet Cake
We experimented with a lot of Red Velvet Cake recipes before we hit on this one; it has the rich, classic flavor we crave AND the incredibly moist texture we insist upon. Nothing-Vanilla-About-It Vanilla Cake

Blissful Banana Cake
This was my Mom’s favorite cake; she loved the flavor combo of bananas, chocolate and hazelnut, and—it turns out—so does almost everybody else. We start with super-ripe organic bananas that are at the peak of their flavor, and blend them into a luscious batter with just a touch of imported Vietnamese cinnamon (the sweetest and most flavorful in the world). Then we cover the whole thing with chocolate-hazelnut Nutella® buttercream frosting. Yum!
