Layer is a licensed home bakery in the Short North District of Columbus, Ohio that specializes in unique, made-from-scratch cakes, pies, cookies and confections. Every item is handmade from the finest local ingredients available including fruit picked fresh at Lynd’s Fruit Farm in Pataskala and nuts roasted daily at Krema Nuts in Grandview. At once familiar and comforting, yet unmistakably fresh and unique, every one of our delectable baked goods has a special flavor and character all its own.
